Dr. Ming-hui ZHAO

Professor of Medicine, Renal Division, Peking University First Hospital; President, Chinese Preventive Medicine Association for Kidney Disease; Vice President, Chinese Society of Nephrology

Ming-hui Zhao, MD, PhD, is Professor of Medicine in the Renal Division at Peking University First Hospital. He also serves as President of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association for Kidney Disease and Vice President of the Chinese Society of Nephrology. Professor Zhao’s research focuses on autoimmune kidney diseases and complement-mediated disorders. He has published more than 500 original manuscripts in international journals and has an H-index of 81. His honors include two State Science and Technology Awards, the French National Academy of Medicine–Servier Prize, and the Wu Jieping–Paul Janssen Medical and Pharmaceutical Award.
